Daily Duties at Weeks Marine:
Design and implement appropriate local education, training and organization development strategies to support the respective organizations’ business strategies. Conducts comprehensive management, staff training and development needs assessment; ensures input from all levels of the organization. Designs, implements and delivers comprehensive, effective training curriculum and associated development programs based upon needs assessment results; ensures that learning solutions comply with established policies, procedures, and objectives.
