Daily Duties at Us Foods:
Scrutinize sales history to identify seasonal patterns and determine root causes of forecast bias. Generate rigorous statistical model. Lead and partner with regional teams to project accurate demand data, master-data settings, inventory targets, and replenishment lead-time. Adjust forecast to meet on hand/on order SKU (stock keeping unit) levels and communicate changes to category management and division coordinators company-wide. Oversee integrated go-to-market plans and monitor SKUs cross-functionally to meet demand and monitor product viability (limited shelf-life, slow-moving, and discontinued items).
