Oversaw Finance and Accounting departments encompassing month end close, financial reporting packages, 10Q and 10K SEC filings, audit schedules, and treasury functions; built and managed 20 team members consisting of Accountants and Financial Analysts. Prepared annual operation plans and monthly forecasts, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and headcount. Performed domestic and international corporate consolidations and currency conversions, including Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific (APAC), and India.
