Daily Duties at Adroit Partners United Airlines:
• Provide customer service to all employees by promptly responding to employee inquiries, achieving established customer service. • Interprets standard, administrative procedures and practices, escalating non-routine matters to appropriate department. • Supports transitional activities such as support of payroll. Maintains appropriate records relating to employee inquiries. • Advocate for employee issues, investigating employee’s past history utilizing UA Benefit records, vendor hosted systems and third-party administrators. • Reviews and administers company policy in support of inquiries for a co-worker at all levels of the organization.
