Daily Duties at R Construction Civil, Llc:
• Provide payroll and human resource support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate administrative operations. Assist with audits by providing supporting records and documentations. • Receive, sorted and processed all documentation for new hires, including benefit information, direct deposit and tax forms such as I-9s and W-9s. • Input hours, schedules, pay rates, commissions, bonus percentages and other payroll data into automated processing software for certification and calculation. • Enrolling new and current employees in their specific benefit programs such as health, vision, dental insurance and supplemental insurances. • Process weekly payroll EFTPS. Monitored tax laws, FMLA, etc. Handled all incoming and reporting for Texas Workforce Commission Notices. • Review, audit, reconciled and correct/update Payroll Summary reports. Maintained budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances.
