Daily Duties at Dyonyx, Lp:

• Oversaw recruitment policies and strategies, budgeting, vendors, selection processes. • Process Biweekly and Semi-Monthly payroll check runs. Upon completion, assist with managing of 401k plans including handling elections, contributions and loans. • Maintains payroll info. (e.g. timesheets, salary adjustments, direct deposits, W-4’s, leave balances, salary levies, garnishments, etc.). Process secondary payroll functions. • Prepare batches of invoices for data entry and coding for accounts payable. • Backup for accounts payable, billing and contracts clerk. • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services. • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments. • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
