Managed weekly/bi-weekly operations with Portfolio Sourcing Leader to reconcile Transfer Playbook and Sourcing Playbook. Attended bi-weekly variable cost productivity meeting with Xray P&L to reduce communication gap. Cultivated robust relationship with commodity and P&L leadership by ops mechs for Xfers with each Portfolio & P&L via TPB/SPB. Supported Xfer team in delivering 287 projects to save $61.3M with a 20% deflation rate. Accomplished EMEA Tandem HLA, Plastics and E&M transfers to purchase 16 SPECT/CTs (12 D670 & 4 D640). Supported Tandem product in showcasing at Arab Health, while launching Fortis Plastics exit planning phase for Aisys Product line.
