IT Contractor assigned to Sutter Medical Center Desktop Support Team for 1-1/2 years. At Sutter I leveraged exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, patience, and technical experience to provide excellent customer service for clients located in medical facilities in the northern Marin and Sonoma County’s Sutter Health network of Hospitals and medical clinics, including post-fire storm disaster support.
