Daily Duties at In Sync Staffing:
Primarily, I was responsible for creating and resolving Level 2 IT Incidents using the ServiceNow ticketing system. I also repaired and imaged Lenovo Desktop and Laptop computers for all levels of staff. I also used ServiceNow to locate workstations with expired warranties so they could be replaced with newer Windows 10 Enterprise systems. I had weekly Data Center tape cartridge activities, preparing boxes of cartridge backups to be sent to the Iron Mountain off site storage facility, which involved paperwork and attention to detail. I also resolved Level 2 IT Service Desk tickets for local and remote staff using the ServiceNow Incident Management system.
