Daily Duties at Bank Of America (Ncnc/Nations Bank):
My responsibilities were primarily ongoing project management in nature with process optimization and cost containment for the company. During my tenure in Marketing and as the company grew, I: • Moved from Teller to Customer Service for the Home Banking test project. • Served as the Project Manager for electronic services, CheckCard and ATM, usage. • Managed Logo merchandise and accompanying contract and marketing efforts. • Created the inaugural NationsBank Logo Merchandise catalog. • Placed and managed all Yellow Pages advertising. • Managed marketing material process, including purchasing, brochures, inventory, edits and creation. • Coordinated the Branch Merchandising distribution process to banking centers. • Worked as part of the Merger Communications project team to map accounts, create content and determine targets for direct mail communications.
