 Worked in various management roles such as; Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager and Contract Manager at both domestic and international locations such as; Russia, S. America, Canada, UK, Trinidad, Mexico and USA  Planned project operations for the Deepwater pipeline coating market with a total value over $300MM, managed operations, contracts, client relationships, and $45M in annual P&L, oversaw production, and coordinated product quality, process improvements, CAPEX programs, and HSE for the site.  Provided leadership to the production facility, managed five direct reports, oversaw a total workforce of up to 200 production staff, and led field personnel for pipeline installations.  Led the mobilization of the first compression coat concrete weight coating plant in Russia, supported business development efforts, and participated in the strategic planning process for a highly complex region.  Spearheaded CWC activities accounting for $84M in revenue, provided direction to Plant Managers, and developed strategic operational plans in collaboration with the compression coat technology business unit.  Led direct interface with clients for some of the most complex coating and fabrication contracts ever executed from the company’s Deepwater service facility in Theodore, Alabama.  Commissioned the company’s first mobile state of the art Deepwater insulation coating facility.  Provided analysis and reported to senior management regarding operational status, processes, equipment, facilities, in addition to advice on current and future operational needs to meet regional objectives
