 Supported bid and research for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) valued at over $300M.  Provide recommendations on plant design and mobilization which included changes to plant capacity and layout, manpower and rolling stock requirements, in-country procurement, personnel sourcing, and accommodations.  Traveled to Uganda and Tanzania to obtain information required to perform work in East Africa, identified and coordinated with contractors to establish legal support, accounting support, labor, supplies, and logistics for shipping equipment and materials into the country. Developed cost estimates for plant mobilization, operation, and demobilization through scouting locations, analyzing infrastructures, and communicating with contractors.  Provided technical support for client clarification request, which included providing solutions for plant mobilization, facility operations, pipe handling techniques, and process capability.  Performed ad-hoc assignments to assist in process development and operational activities including equipment mobilizations, process improvements, and quality improvements.  Performed General Manager responsibilities for Clearwater Fabrication in Edmonton and the Fort McMurry (Canada) fabrication and machine shop locations. Had full operational responsibility with respect to HSE, quality performance, P&L responsibility for the operations, business development and bidding of work.  Performed quality assurance for pipe coatings at satellite locations
