Daily Duties at Pipe Stream:
Led a transformation of the workforce from an R&D-driven technology venture with a shop mentality to a fully functional field service team, provided on-site leadership, evaluated and refined workflows and responsibilities, and executed the XHab process in the field. Directed operations through equipment design, execution, and project closeout, oversaw the deployment of cutting edge XHab pipeline rehabilitation technology, and provided leadership to the machine, fabrication, and coil coating line operations for projects valued at $2M-$5M with major oil and gas clients. Developed a quality management system for the XHab process from the ground-up, which enabled demonstration to the client of product capabilities during simulated pipeline class change and repair. Implemented Incident and Injury Free principles and achieved Shell’s 14-month no-injury goal. Managed 12 personnel including an HSE Manager, Shop and Fabrication Foremen, Mechanical Engineers, Chemical Engineers, Equipment Operators, and general labor and conducted daily production meetings. Implemented incident and injury free principles for workplace safety, which reduced TRIF by 10%.
