Daily Duties at Socotherm (Shawcor):

 Managed 3-4 concurrent $40M+ contracts and relationships with major oil and gas clients for pipeline coating projects, set terms, identified contract variations, and negotiated appropriate compensation.  Coordinated a value-driven workforce transformation for safety, built an IIF culture, led continuous improvement initiatives, which reduced incidents by 15% and operating costs by 5%.  Tracked project performance against bids and schedules and utilized data to refine action plans.  Performed cost estimating, cost analysis, and contract review in support of the bid process.  Managed two Project Coordinators and one Document Control Coordinator, conducted daily production meetings, assigned responsibilities, set goals, managed schedules, and conducted performance reviews.  Managed implementation of project-specific quality management systems to ensure production met the unique requirements and created customized inspection, test, execution, and quality management plans.  Facilitated the purchase of the company by Shawcor, conducted an audit of project records to capture $3M in overlooked/unclaimed revenues and determine potential liabilities.
