Daily Duties at St. Francis Physicians Services:

Lead and managed the ambulatory quality department and reporting for the clinics in the system. Worked with upper leadership determining quality measures for the system, worked with payors to maximize quality incentives, served on Board of Directors, worked with clinics assisting them to be recognized as Patient Centered Medical Homes (PCMH). Managed clinical quality coordinators who gathered quality data for clinics. Submitted PQRS data, MSSP data and PCMH data to CMS and the NCQA. Reported quality scores to the Board of Directors monthly.
