Daily Duties at Enterprise Holdings Inc.:

• Lead teams of DBAs, System Engineers and Project Managers (varying in size, up to 7 concurrently); provided direct reports with feedback on performance, devising goals and making assignments allowing for individual growth and professional development • Engaged Scrum and Kanban Agile methods while employing extensive usage of Atlassian Jira and Confluence with projects and support efforts over the past four years • Established strong partnerships for regular and productive collaboration with vendor, business, application development and configuration management teams • Guided Business, IT, and vendor stakeholders in strategic roadmap planning and portfolio management of application enhancements, IT platform updates and resource allocations • Managed SaaS and on-premises third-party product selection efforts; lead integration and ongoing lifecycle of products including user bases, vendors, and internal integrations • Managed and devised security vulnerability mitigation strategies using Nexpose • Spearheaded evolution of the technical infrastructures for EHI’s Business Administration systems, including PS Financials and many custom developed solutions • Managed IT infrastructure initiatives, including server procurements, environment creation, and their ongoing maintenance and support • Lead environment management efforts for EHI’s PS Financials implementation, requiring regular direction setting with IT software engineers, configuration managers and DBAs • Managed Unix, Windows, Linux, Oracle, EMC Storage, Weblogic, and Tomcat major upgrades and patching for 150+ servers • Collaborated to make improvements to the stability of product integrations and deployments through usage of planning “pipelines,” database / release versioning, release content reporting, orchestration planning, and holding retrospective “lessons learned” work sessions • Lead the release management, orchestration planning / execution of over 100 production implementations across 15 solutions, involving IT, business and third-party provider teams • Managed yearly IT Audits conducted by Ernst & Young
