Daily Duties at Chandler Regional Medical Center:
Contributed to the delivery of recovery focused care for 4-5 cardiac patients per shift while collaborating closely with unit personnel to ensure the delivery of safe, attentive, and effective care to optimize healthcare outcomes. Performed skilled bedside procedures including but not limited to initiation, titration, and weaning of vasoactive drips, initiation of IV therapy, antibiotic therapy, cardiac drips, hydration therapy, monitoring of blood infusion, EKG interpretation, and pain management. Notated all patient exchanges to the corresponding medical record to support exceptional care across the continuum. • Frequently given the responsibility of team leader during busy shifts due to my ability to coordinate peers in a respectful and efficient manner.
