Daily Duties at Healix Llc:

Leveraged healthcare leadership and clinical expertise to manage a 6-chair outpatient infusion center including daily oversight of all administrative and clinical activities for an organization serving up to 30 patients per day while ensuring alignment and compliance with evidence-based care guidelines established by the Infusion Nurses Society. Conducted thorough physical and social assessments on all patients; generated and applied individualized treatment plans to manage severe infections and autoimmune disorders. Skillfully and accurately interpreted critical lab values and communicated with medical teams to ensure patient’s received appropriate levels of therapeutic care for diagnosed conditions. Maintained all central line activity, redressing subclavian, portacath, picc, and other lines, and administered IV infusion therapies; monitored patients throughout the duration of treatment and initiated emergency stabilization procedures in the event of adverse reactions. Provided telephonic care and support by assisting with callbacks to patients regarding inquiries about their treatments. Enforced and upheld all HIPAA confidentiality standards to protect the rights and privacy of each patient. • Educated more than 3000 patients and family members to infuse medications at home resulting in improved treatment plan compliance.
