Daily Duties at Pnc Financial Services Group:
Managed security for 10 corporate sites and 72 retail locations and secured/protected $30+ million in assets for 10,000 employees. Supervised 25 security officers in three corporate facilities, including a card processing center. Developed security policies/procedures, alarm response protocols and access card guidelines. Recommended security system and procedural improvements to minimize risk, mitigate service disruptions and enhance employee/customer security and safety. Implemented video surveillance, motion detection and closed-circuit television systems. Developed procedures for emergency response and crisis management, physical security, incident management and investigation units and facilitated security awareness training for employees. Directed 18-22 projects ranging from $5k to $1 million to completion, system design support and mentoring of peers to ensure adherence to corporate standards and local live safety codes.
