• Managed the restaurant for this high-end sports club, leading a team of 15 direct reports to serve club members with heart healthy options from a menu designed by the Schwartz Brothers. • Schedule staff members, order food, and train employees to ensure Department of Health Compliance. • Assisted in launching a catering branch of the business, with notable catering customers including Steve Balmer, the Fluke Brothers, and Coach George Karl. • Preserved company mantra of "Be our guest,” aligned with upper management Disney Institute principles; efforts resulted in being named Employee of the Month, and later named Employee of the Year; secured team standing as the most impactful team with 100% employee retention.
