Vice President Construction, 2016 to Present K2 RESIDENTIAL SOLUTIONS Denver, Colorado Secure, direct, and oversee multiple multi-million-dollar residential construction projects throughout Denver. Manage full spectrum of bringing each project to fruition on schedule, within budget, and without a hitch, from – project design and development, ordering and scheduling delivery of materials, and leading design consultants and project team personnel, to project execution. • While each project differs in size and scope, lead each to exceed client expectations by ensuring a zero-injury work environment, producing quality construction work, collaborating with project stakeholders, providing world-class customer services, and implementing lean construction protocols to decrease time, effort, and waste of materials. • Hire, manage, and evaluate superintendent and staff. • Ensure procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment meets project needs. • Direct, measure, and report progress toward established project milestones and goals. • Develop and document each project’s work plan. Skillfully anticipate and resolve potentially problematic areas of concern that may cause a delay in meeting milestones, increase costs, or result in producing anything less than exceptional, quality work. • Create and maintain innovation relationship with building department and other government agencies. • Manage all projects, budgets, and contractors.
