Daily Duties at Kautex:
Post audit IATF finding closure. I helped this Company close their 2017, 2018 and 2019 IATF Audit findings or shortcomings during the formal initial audit. By rewriting procedures, work instructions and training of all their quality personnel to meet the current Automotive standards. Those who failed my tests were tested again and again until the entire Quality Workforce passed the testing and now had proficiency in facing the Final IATF audit procedure.
