Daily Duties at Paradigm Precision:
Facilitated implementing continuous improvement tools and techniques throughout the company. Ran Kaizen events including one piece flow cell creation, set-up reductions, TPM events, value stream mapping, quality improvements, business process improvements and mistake proofing.
