Daily Duties at University Of Toronto:
Design and synthesized over 30 distributed benzodiazepines to disrupt HDM2-p53 interaction and induce tumor cell apoptosis. Proposed, designed, and synthesized over 100 tetrapodal small molecules targeting STAT3/STAT5 pathways to induce tumor cell apoptosis and overcome drug resistance in chronic myeloid leukemia. Purified organic compounds using semi-preparative HPLC, TLC, and column chromatography.
