IT Procurement. Assigned as Executive Assistant to the Chief Staff Officer as the Information Systems Manager. Oversaw the ordering of all NMCI and IT equipment for the Wing and all subordinate 8 commands. Administered all account creations and the web pages for the Wing and all 8 subordinate commands. Managed the movement of multiple commands and the resulting infrastructure procurement and replacement. Employed effective research methods to support high-priority procurement needs for a deployed Air Ambulance division. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Planned and managed complex IT installations including requirements, applications, and interfaces. Assessed, planned and analyzed customer requirements based on mission, strategic goals, changing external conditions and best practices. Developed IT requirements and methodologies to meet mission in a cost efficient and effective manner. Analyzed resource management issues. Allocated assets to establish and sustain high-volume, highly critical systems. Established priorities and tracked the status of programs.
