Led and directed a team of 8-12 civilian employees, 32 contractors and 9 military personnel. Directly supervised daily performance of personnel including Marines, civil service members, and contractors. Directed IT project management, department administration, hardware and software implementation, and user support. Led a complex enterprise-wide, Next Generation project (NGEN), returning the NMCI/COSC Wide Area Network to Marine control.
