Functioned as Commercial lending portfolio manager with responsibility of managing a large portfolio of 100 million in various loan products with Commercial Real Estate (rent roll, DSC, LTV, appraisal report, Estoppel and tax returns) Commercial loans, deposits, qualify potential targeted customers, Commercial Construction Loans on like industry, medical, and strip shopping centers Asset-based lending (borrowing certificate, field examination and insurance) Heavily involved in Community Reinvestment Lending in the area to promote community housing for senior and low income residents in San Francisco and Oakland Review Correspondent banking lines and limits from the international banking division with Asia pacific rim commercial banks Proposed recommendations for further approvals Execution of all required loan documentations and get the loan funded Follow up on credit review periodically with 66 accounts
