• Managed daily scheduling of 8 crew supervisors while tracking internal assets, rented equipment and project planning. • Completed all invoicing then logged by project and customer. • Drafted environmentally friendly system designs, completed on-site initial project feasibility reviews, and presented calculated project designs and estimated costs to customers. • Measured usable water volume in various water sources by accounting for slope, depth and area to accurately manage multiple projects. • Responsible for communicating with and identifying on site customer needs to then design a system to best suite each project and making constructive recommendations for each project. • Coached employees on safety improvement through positive reinforcement to strengthen safety behavior and build engagement.
