• Responsible for leading a group of 5 field operations managers and a division of 90 employees to operate efficiently and safely through various weather conditions and geographical terrains. • Composed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue projections with minimal variance by maintaining strong customer relationships and continuously evaluating market conditions to calculate capital expenditure. • Held monthly divisional group meetings to ensure proper communication and expectations to all employees, resulting in 0 recordable injuries for more than 600 days. • Managed over $20M in annual revenue, maintained over 30% EBITDA, while servicing more than 15 different customers. • Responsible for all hiring, promoting and disciplinary actions throughout the division. • Responsible for logging data to compile key performance indicators for customer presentations. • Directly managed top 5 accounts of BP, EQT, Range Resources, Statoil and Consol Energy. • Comply with local, state, and national permitting and systematically plan projects according to permitting requirements.
