Daily Duties at Resipro:
• Interviewed, hired and coached 14 Project Managers, 1 Quality Control Manager, 1 Estimator and 1 Construction Coordinator within 14 months to expand the Pittsburgh market to meet and exceed client demands. • Train all project managers on estimating processes to be able to increase production, strengthen client and subcontractor relationships as well as minimize overall change order percentage. • Analyze the scope of work for each project, prior to the start of construction, after the client has approved the estimate to ensure project efficiency and budget suitability. • Review all change orders requested by each project manager prior to submitting to client for approval. • Redeveloped more than 200 single family homes and more than $10M in construction redevelopment. • Manage budget for Pittsburgh market to average more than a 27% overall profit margin. • Present and organize quarterly meetings with Pittsburgh market and senior leadership to review key performance indicators as well as establishing proactive SMART goals. • Forecast and project completion dates for projects within Pittsburgh market to within 2% variance of plan. • Establish and communicate monthly, quarterly and annual goals with Pittsburgh team members and subcontractors. • Conduct QC/QA walk throughs for close out of each project to ensure quality and functionality.
