Daily Duties at Centriq Training:

Delivered a wide variety of classes, both in-person and remotely: Microsoft Windows operating system and networking, Microsoft SQL Server (including the SQL language), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft PowerShell (including Desired State Configuration), Ethical Hacking and Countermeasures, CISSP and CASP exam preparation, all ITIL version 3 classes and ITIL4 Foundation (I am certified to teach Managing Professional Transition but have not had the opportunity yet). Set up classroom hardware and software and troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise during class. I also led the project team that developed an advanced administration class for Carbon Black, a high-end endpoint protection product, including writing the courseware manual, creating the slide presentation, and creating the hands-on activities.

What they like about Centriq Training:

Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
