Daily Duties at Nevada Army National Guard:
Served as Subject Matter Expert for IT and technical automation on network defense response plan development, implementation, and testing. Managed Information Assurance, Computer Network Defense, and Incident Response developing back-up and recovery procedures, malware and cyber responses, and security patch validation. Prepared Information Assurance Control documentation to complete implementation. Built 25 member high performance team to provide technical support and security to more than one thousand subscribers. Mentored and coached employees evaluating individual and team performance to achieve business goals and objectives and meet project schedules.
