Daily Duties at Sierra Army Depot:
Directed Audio Visual, Records Management, Industrial Arts, Supply, Mail Room Operations, and Reproduction technology IT implementations. Developed technology team members thorough coaching and mentoring. Reviewed existing systems and technologies to analyze and recommend improvements, design operational solutions, and develop solution architecture. Maintained communications system including integrated voice, telephone, and radio systems as the Garrison Telephone Control Officer. Provided planning, development and risk management. Developed risk management and contingency plans to identify and resolve installation and system issues. Performed task and operations orders, recognized vulnerabilities, and ensured IAVA compliance. Managed contract and purchase approval to maintain budget control. Established relationships with executive management, business representatives, vendors, and contractors to optimize IT operations. Implemented physical security management and documented Information Assurance Controls.
