Led/Managed diverse team made up of both HH-60G aircrew and maintenance personnel. Responsible for providing continent wide 24/7 alert posture for personnel recovery operations. Supported specific operations from forward locations, requiring positioning of forces to various locations Forward austere location, limited connectivity to leadership Maintained alert for 120 days Successfully transitioned between units, post base attack, no loss in alert coverage
