• Provided senior management oversight of ¬¬7 District facilities located in central Illinois employing 2,937 staff and housing 10,819 inmates. • Conducted routine inspections of all assigned facilities and worked with management to develop and implement action plans to address identified deficiencies. • Provided advice and support to management of District facilities and final review and approval of all facility policies and procedures. • Responsible for response and crisis management for all serious incidents in the district.
