Responsible for all operations aspects to protect corporate assets and profitability. Recruit new franchise candidates and open new stores throughout assigned markets. Lead merchandising initiatives to update stores to current standards and opportunities. Work with merchandise group to tailor assortments to local market. Improved year-over-year metric results including sales, credit and protection agreement sales. Received award for top regional internet sales performance. Work with franchise owners to match divisional inventory levels with balance of sale. Recognized and certified as “master” in corporate selling skills program. Responsible for training and certification of field associates and district sales managers. Stores consistently in top ten of metric sales performance. Coach Franchisees to improve metric performance to maximize commission revenue
