Daily Duties at Xerox Business Service:

My main responsibility as a Senior Lease Administrator was to expertly review and process lease documents, run accounting lease classification tests, and obtain all signatures needed to complete the new lease process based on procurement parameters, both for domestic and international leases. Managing a $2.3B portfolio, I also enhanced visibility and prioritization of outstanding leases so they could be updated, I tested and implemented an internal database, and I optimized the operational process to enable the portfolio’s growth to $4.3B in 4 years.  Played a pivotal role in the resolution of favorable financing terms and conditions for new leases with internal business units.  Maintained new lease files and workflow and served as a key liaison between companies financing all leased assets and internal business.
