Daily Duties at Xerox Financial Service:
In this role, I consistently delivered stellar operational to internal/external customers, assessing risks and providing detailed explanations regarding risk decisions. My various accomplishments include the management of an email incoming request portfolio which averaged 300-400 requests daily requests with a TAT of 48-72 hours; upon inheriting the portfolio, I proactively identified inefficiencies and key areas of improvement, implemented new procedures, and clarified roles, slashing TAT down to 10 minutes. Additionally, I reorganized internal operations related to end of lease, optimized processes, established clear collection rules, and created a ‘’one-stop shop’’ for both vendors and customers, eliminating recurring profit and asset losses during end of lease. Negotiated/adjusted lease terms and provided resolutions on contract terms and conditions on lease agreements for customers. Supported Sales Management with client relationships, addressed all billing concerns, and adjusted charges in cases of booking errors. Managed Dealer Support inquiries and collaborated with stakeholders across Customer Service, Collections, and Asset Management. Supplied/negotiated quotes to close out active lease contracts and managed end of lease operations and personnel, explaining end of lease options to customers in a clear and concise fashion, as per defined terms and conditions.
What they like about Xerox Financial Service:
Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
