Daily Duties at Cameron International:
Oversaw a staff of 25 and total procurement organization of 170. Directed strategic sourcing, procurement, S&OP process, and inventory management. Led the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Led supply chain sourcing, development, and overall optimization. Responsible for $1.2 B in raw materials and components to support the manufacturing of drilling equipment products/systems, with critical commodities including steel forgings, plate, pipe, machining and fabrication.
