Daily Duties at Panoff Publishing Llc:
I interfaced with cruise ship passengers via four primary means: a live on stage show (100 - 500 attendees) to review port of call shopping options and opportunities, a ship board TV channel, a "Diamond and Gem Stone Buying Seminar", and in person at my desk location on the Prominade deck of the ship. I assisted cruise customers in making special "high end" purchases, especially in the area of diamond and jewelry, but also very basic souvenir items as well. I was also responsible for meeting with business owners and managers to insure positive customer relations. This was a 7 day per week job for 6 month contracts.
