Daily Duties at Honeywell:

I was responsible for managing the overall customer relationship. Acted as the Service focal point for partners, vendors and customers . I analyzed and developed processes, documentation and training to support re-defining of service delivery role. Provided detailed analysis and reporting and ran regular meetings at technical, managerial and executive levels ensuring all stakeholders were updated with relevant information and appropriate actions.
