Quickly expanded the pipeline of high-quality media sales talent by creating more comprehensive talent networks and recruitment marketing programs. • A key member of initiatives such as the Talent Acquisition Playbook, the Broadcast Media Sales Contest, the Referral Competition and the International Collegiate Sales Competition. • Helped to streamline collaboration with recruiting partners by improving job monitoring processes, job screening, and candidate recommendation steps. • Actively lobbied for currently open and passive candidates, skillfully matching candidates with every opportunity and improving departmental metrics. • Set the standard for how the position is evaluated and coached. Appointed to a full-time position after excelling as a contractor, Cincinnati, OH - 2016. • Candidate Manager of the Year - 2017.
