Secured funding commitment forms from banks and investors for the project. • Forecasting: Created all budgets and projections including pro-forma statements for project. Performed initial partnership assessment and analysis to begin project research. • Project Management: Worked closely with Flour Corporation (engineering firm) to manage project costs and necessary documents including pro-forma statements to manage throughout bid process. Obtained documents, clearances, certificates, and approvals from local, state, and federal agencies.
