Daily Duties at Central Star Technologies:
Collaboration: Responsible for management and evaluation of design for prominent waste to energy project in Mexico City. Researched and updated all required materials needed for firm and partners. Secured funding commitment forms from banks and investors for the project. • Forecasting: Created all budgets and projections including pro-forma statements for project. Performed initial partnership assessment and analysis to begin project research. • Project Management: Worked closely with Flour Corporation (engineering firm) to manage project costs and necessary documents including pro-forma statements to manage throughout bid process. Obtained documents, clearances, certificates, and approvals from local, state, and federal agencies.
