Daily Duties at J & A Accounting:

As the Customer Relations Manager I am responsible for the hiring of the telemarketing team and managing their efforts. I am also responsible for the marketing strategy and sales goals for the firm. I work with the team to provide continuous improvement in our personnel and goal achievement.

Note that firms "in the public eye" receive a great deal more critical publicity and attention than those operating with more anonymity. So as you assess your employment opportunities, be sure to seek out the positive aspects of the firm's reputation in addition to noting negative publicity the company may have received.
