Coordinated communication with assigned facilities to implement fulfillment of contracts by direct contact with administrative personnel at each assigned facility. Delivered job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results. Coached and disciplined employees while initiating, coordinating, and reinforcing company policies and procedures. Met with jail administration and other key officials to review and evaluate monthly reports, needs and address any concerns. Enforced safety and security regulations and procedures at all times and ensured all staff receives proper training. Ensured confidentiality and security of health records and oversaw compliance with HIPAA requirements.
