Daily Duties at Wellpath/Correct Care Solutions:
Play a vital role for the transition team overseeing the merger between Correctional Healthcare Companies and Correct Care Solutions. Deliver executive oversight to Peoria Regional Corporate Office, Division Directors, Contract Managers, Regional Behavioral/Mental Health Directors and other field operations personnel. Provide direction, assistance and ensure compliance with more than 50 contracts in nine states, with a revenue of greater than $79M. Liaise between the company, employees and independent contractors, investigating complaints and resolving employment and contract related issues. Promote safety and security policies and maintain an effective training program to ensure sound risk management practices and regulatory compliance.
