Daily Duties at Wellpath/Correct Care Solutions:

 Play a vital role for the transition team overseeing the merger between Correctional Healthcare Companies and Correct Care Solutions.  Deliver executive oversight to Peoria Regional Corporate Office, Division Directors, Contract Managers, Regional Behavioral/Mental Health Directors and other field operations personnel.  Provide direction, assistance and ensure compliance with more than 50 contracts in nine states, with a revenue of greater than $79M.  Liaise between the company, employees and independent contractors, investigating complaints and resolving employment and contract related issues.  Promote safety and security policies and maintain an effective training program to ensure sound risk management practices and regulatory compliance.
