Marketed program benefits to drive significant increases in awareness and personnel participation. Developed and fostered key relations with divisional executives to fully assess employee needs. Partnered with HR to best adapt to and learn program management best practices. Continuously networked with marketing personnel while engaging in marketing courses and programming to drive successful personal creation of future programs.  Owned multiple multimillion-dollar employee program accounts, including the Clean Air Commuters program and the Rave Review Recognition program.  Tapped to serve as an executive board member on the Turner Volunteer Council.  Built and integrated several events to further increase employee engagement, managing program preparation, budgeting, marketing, logistical approach, and premium incentives distribution.
