Implemented and controlled all HR policies, programs, and HR software organization wide. Owned recruiting processes, including needs assessment for staffing strategies, posting openings, screening and interviewing candidates, and checking references. Continuously ensured compliance with labor and employment state and federal regulations. Managed and oversaw benefits administration and modified system as necessary. Create and integrate comprehensive employee training and development initiatives and programs.  Rapidly investigated and received relations issues for worker’s comp., unemployment and affirmative action claims, etc.  Served as key advisor to upper leadership regarding all HR practices, policies, and employment laws.  Tapped to manage IT division in addition to assisting with computer/software troubleshooting.
