Daily Duties at Ucla Health:

Engaged in executive administration and special project support for CIO, Director of Medical Informatics, and CTO. Partnered with CIO to coordinate and manage deliverable schedules. Coordinated committee meetings and ad hoc events, scheduling participants, organizing meeting rooms, ensuring AV equipment operability, preparing presentation materials, recording meeting minutes, and more. Received and audited incoming contracts and invoices for CIO review and approval. Liaised with accounts payable and purchasing to expediently resolved financial issues. Coordinated travel arrangements and submitted travel vouchers for reimbursements for business expenses.  Headed up various projects as assigned by executive leadership, including department space assignments and tracking, inventory organization and chart creation, tracking, and updating.  Closely monitored and tracked all project milestones to ensure consistent timely deliverables in line with all priorities.  Led and facilitated training, including the preparation of training curriculum for new and existing personnel.
