Daily Duties at Ingersoll Rand/Trane:
Responsible for the technical development, support and review of performance based contracting solutions and activities on a national basis. Perform Energy Audits, analysis, building modeling of client facilities which identify and justify energy saving opportunities. Vertical Markets: K-12, Higher Ed, Health Care, Government, Military, & Industrial. Acted as mentor for on-boarding many Energy Engineers. Assisted in qualification, rollout and manager of Trane Energy Analyzer software tool that provides a quick energy assessment and benchmarking of facilities.
